Your rpjl account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your rpjl account. Any funds in your account are held on your behalf and cannot be assigned or transferred to another person or account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rpjl's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of rpjl's services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. rpjl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or gaming winnings, arising from: platform unavailability or technical failures beyond rpjl's reasonable control; acts of third-party payment processors; or losses arising from the player's failure to maintain account security. Nothing in this clause limits rpjl's liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or rpjl's services shall first be submitted to rpjl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.
