All registration submissions undergo age verification as part of the KYC process. If rpjl discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be permanently closed.
As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, rpjl is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160 as amended) and is required to submit covered and suspicious transaction reports to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). This may require rpjl to process and retain additional personal and financial data, and to share such data with the AMLC and relevant law enforcement agencies without prior notice to the data subject, as permitted under Philippine law.
